I locked myself out of my apartment, what do I do?During business hours, call the office and someone can let you into your apartment. After business hours, call the office and select the emergency prompt. Someone will come and let you into your apartment. Note that there is a charge for after hour lock outs.

I have someone visiting me. Can they park in my parking lot?Our parking areas are designated for our residents. There is on street parking throughout the side streets where your guest can park.

When is my rent due? How do I pay?You can find your full account ledger on your tenant portal with a break down of charges and due dates. The rent due dates vary depending on the payment plan you selected. Payments can be made on your tenant portal, you can mail a check, or bring cash/check into the office.

I lost my key, what do I do?Please contact the office for a replacement key. Note that there is a charge to receive a key replacement.

Who do I call in an emergency?For immediate threats to health or safety such as a fire or gas leak, call 911 immediately. If you need emergency maintenance (no heat, plumbing leak) call the office and select the emergency prompt.

How do I submit a maintenance request for a problem/issue in my apartment?You submit a maintenance request on your tenant portal. We will then schedule a time with you and your roommates to complete the request. If you have a maintenance emergency, you can call the office and select the emergency line prompt.

What about renter's insurance?Renter's Insurance is required for each resident and must extend through the entire tenancy. There are several options for obtaining rental insurance coverage. Toggle or Lemonade are affordable choices. Some homeowner's policies will extend coverage to an away college student.

When is rent due? Do you offer payment plans?Standard rent due dates are July 1st and October 1st. We do offer a deferred payment plan and a monthly installment payment plan with a convenience fee. Deferred payment plans are selected if financial aid and/or loans are used to aid in paying rent. The installment plan would divide your rent into monthly payments.

What is a Guarantor?The guarantor is someone who assumes financial responsibility for the resident. All residents are required to have a guarantor sign an agreement form on their behalf.

Do you offer individual Leases?Each resident signs an individual Lease and are not financially responsible for their roommates. If a roommate decides to move out, your child is not responsible to pay their portion of the rent.

Does the apartment have central air?Some of out apartments and houses do have central air. If the apartment does not have central air, you are able to provide and install a window air conditioning unit.

Do you provide parking for your residents?Each resident will receive one free parking permit for their registered vehicle. We provide each resident with a map showing our parking area locations.

Is a washer and dryer included?Some apartments and houses have in-unit washer and dryers. If their apartment does not, they will have access to a laundry room with free washers and dryers to use.

What sort of safety measures does Eagle Point have in place?Safety and security of our residents is of upmost importance. We conduct regular safety inspections ensuring fire alarms, smoke detectors and emergency exits are properly maintained and functional. We have security cameras at most of our multi-unit locations and well lit common areas.
