I choose to elect the Lease Extension Option for my residence. I understand this option only changes the dates of my lease term and no other part of my lease agremeent with Eagle Point. I understand the payment for the extension must be paid in full by July 1st or Eagle Point cannot guarantee  their ability to extend my lease term.
