Eagle Point Management is proud to announce that come the 2024-2025 school year, we will officially be able to offer all of our residents a clubhouse for them to come hang out, play, enjoy freebies & resident events, all while still being able to connect to our staff as easily as you can now!
Lounge & Game Areas
Come hang out & relax in our lounge area or play a friendly competitive game between friends. Shuffleboard, foosball, & other arcade games await you in our clubhouse! Resident events will also be held here.
Free coffee & printing
What is better than free coffee & free printing? Nothing, well, except maybe puppies & kittens. Stop by for a cup of coffee on your way to class or quickly print out that paper that was due yesterday.
Study Rooms
Can't study in your apartment because your roommates (or neighbors) all have the week off of exams, no problem! Book one of our study rooms for peace & quiet, or book one for group projects.
